To make a booking, please check the availability of the dates required, and if available, please send us the following details
  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your contact number
  • Your email address
  • Names & ages of all members of your party
  • The dates you’d like to book
We will then send you an invoice which will also give payment instructions.


Payments are accepted via bank transfer only. This can be done using your online banking, phone banking or in branch. In some circumstances, we can accept payment via PayPal, as long as the Family & Friends option is used. If you wish to pay via PayPal, please let us know so we can provide our account details.. We cannot accept payments over the phone.


A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for any booking more than 6 weeks away, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to the booking. Any bookings less than 6 weeks away require payment in full at the time of booking. This is non-refundable. Any bookings promoted as part of a special offer require payment in full at the time of booking. This is non-refundable. However, if we are unable to provide accommodation for the dates booked, we will provide a full refund.


Full payment must be made at least 6 weeks prior to the booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking, and the loss of any deposit/monies paid.


Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Any monies paid are non-refundable less than 6 weeks prior to the booking. Name changes less than 6 weeks prior to the booking will incur a £15 admin fee. Date changes less than 6 weeks prior to the booking are at our discretion and may incur an admin fee.


We request the age of guests as this is information required by Haven. Upon check-in, Haven may require proof of age to verify the information provided during the booking process. They retain the right to refuse access to any parties where all members are under 21. In this event, no refund will be made.


Any booking with us is for accommodation only. We do not include Haven passes with our bookings. In addition, we do not guarantee the availability of any Haven facilities, as these are out of our control.


We operate a strict NO-SMOKING policy in our caravans.


We do not allow pets of any kind in the caravan. This is non-negotiable.


Due to rules set out by Haven, we are unable to take bookings for same sex groups (eg. Hen or Stag parties). This does not apply to same sex couples.


We don’t charge a security deposit, but we request that any damages are reported to us at your earliest opportunity. Some damages may incur additional fees, but in most cases, this won’t exceed £75.


Any personal details provided during the booking process with be stored securely, used solely for the purpose they were provided and not shared with any other parties. If you supply your details but don’t go ahead with the booking, your details will be removed from our database. In all other circumstances, your details will be stored for up to 3 years.
